I went to Best Buy to get a basic stereo and a couple of door speakers for my work truck. Kris, the kid working there told me it should be ready by 6pm and that he would call me once he was through. I showed up around 6:15pm, still no call and seen my truck is still being worked on. I walked by again around 6:30 and saw my truck parked outside the shop, still no phone call... Finally, around 6:45 I had to ask if my truck was ready. By now Kris, the original installer was gone and the new guy was the one who told me my truck was ready. I got into my truck and instantly saw that there was a crack on the plastic acrylic that covers the gauges, several cracks on the dash, a half inch gap in the steering column panel, and to top it off I couldn’t get the key to turn on my ignition (which I had no previous problems with). The manager called Kris to ask him what had happen… Kris denied everything. I had to leave my truck there, take all of my tools out, and arrange a ride. The manager Guillermo arranged a rental car for me which Best Buys insurance paid for. However, I had to pay for the $16.00 a day for the rental car insurance. I told Guillermo I wanted to be reimbursed for the $306.00 I had paid for parts and installation. He said he would do it. All of this happened on Friday and was told by Guillermo that my truck would be ready by Monday. Six days later no phone call from him. I left Guillermo three messages and even went back to Best Buy to try and get some answers. Twelve days later, I finally get my truck back and ended up paying $192.00 out of pocket for the rental car insurance. When I go to pick up my truck Guillermo said he can’t give me back the $306.00 he had promised me but only $75.00, so now I’m out another $117.00. Don’t let geek squad install anything, they are young and inexperienced. Pay a little more and go to a car audio shop, save yourself the headaches. I’m not the type of person to complain but I feel people need to be aware of my horrible experience at Best Buy.

Provided by YP.comSince 10/15/08, I received twodefective Frigidaire washer/dryers. After several failed responses from Best Buy to remedy the problem I am going tor eport this incident to Seven on your side or Kron-4 to issue a "televised" complaint.
