If I could give him ten stars, I would... Dave Macdonald was the angel my family needed during a very difficult time of bereavement. My grandmother died and the week before she'd died her caretaker had accidentally setvthe kitchen on fire. I lived on the east coast and my uncle, the executor of my grandmother's will lived in So Cal. I came for 2 weeks for my grandmother's funeral and cleaning out the house. My uncle could not help with this because of his health. Dave took the listing, had repairs made to the house, helped with the home insurance due to the fire and helped me EVERYDAY with cleaning out my grandmother's belonging. He even helped me move things into storage. Th3 house was sold at top price, quickly. I can't imagine what went wrong that some guy on here is writing such hateful things about such a professional man who I know to be entirely trustworthy and helpful. Dave Macdonald doesn't back down from problems and is beyond reliable. For anyone to say otherwise makes me question their integrity or their communication skills. If you need a realtor who will literally take care of things quickly and can problem solve, going above and beyond go to Dave. Take my word for it. I went through a listing, a clean out and a closing with him. He took care of it all and honored my family's wishes every step of the way.
