This lighting company uses scam like tactics to force orders upon unsuspecting employees. They will call up and ask to speak with a manager (let's call her Sarah) and inquire about what kind of light bulbs you use and whether or not you would like to place an order. Usually the manager says no, and the phone call ends. A few months later they will call back, and claim that a back order that was placed by Sarah is now in stock, and ask if we would like them to go ahead and send it. They bank on having a low in the chain staff member answer the phone on that call, because when they hear things like "back order" or "regular order" and a manager's name, they're likely to agree. Once they agree, they send a shipment of bulbs (perfectly good bulbs, mind you) at INSANE prices, upwards of $25 a bulb when these same bulbs are available at other lighting stores for around $5.



DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!! Once you do, it's impossible to get them to stop calling you, even if you call them up and tell them straight out that you do business with another vendor and have no desire to ever order from them again.
