We do not know why this one-person company claimed being a professional web developer. The experience we had when using her service have been a total loss. The person could not develop an online ordering system compatible with mobile devices (we were her first customer going for such claim) which can prevent wrong orders to be taken. After several months of waiting, the person dropped out of the project (due to her software could not prevent the user error to happen) without reimbursing the over payment for the online ordering portion for the reason that her time spent were more that the due refund (the contract was a fixed price contract). The following were some of the examples that we have had when dealing with her for the project:



1. the excerpt from her email reflecting her view of a functional software: <the online ordering system is 100% functional. The only thing that is not doing is to have a pop up warning of the orders more than the number specified for dump users>

2. the excerpt from her email answering why the other software developers think that her codes were not usable: <It is obvious for another developer to say that the system is not usable – no developer wants to learn and try to work on someone else’s work! I would say the same>

3. the excerpt from her email answering why it takes more than 10 days for her to answer her customer email, while requesting that the customer must be prompt in answering her email during the contract review: <The reason I am not prompt in responding is that I have twin girls that are infants and they take up 23 hours of a 24 hours day!>
