My time at San Carlos Collision Center was probably the best experience I've ever had - getting my car fixed. :-) Jose and Elba are first class citizens who deeply care about their customers and it shows in the level of service they provide.



Throughout, Elba did a great job keeping me apprised with timely updates and was very patient in answering my numerous questions.



Jose was very easy to work with and walked me through the repair process in detail. He was very open and frank in how he described each option; I felt like he had my best interests in mind. He made sure that I was getting my money's worth - which was very much appreciated!



Overall, the whole process was as seamless as I've experienced. The adjusters had no problem approving the repairs. And I picked up my car with everything done as promised.



I would highly recommend SCCC on quality of work alone but more because of the owners, Jose and Elba, two reasons why I will continue to support local and small businesses.
