Walter was a GREAT guy and I was so worried I would have to buy a new refrigerator but he took his time and figured it all out. We are so pleased!

Had a very good experience with this company and especially Vladimir, courteous, reliable and very diligent. These days it is not easy to find a trusted appliance repair service that would do the job at a reasonable cost. Considering the quality of the current appliances we need a reliable appliance service. Vladimir provides that reliability.

This is the second time we have used this Company...

They are very competent and friendly. Both times they were stocked on their truck with the parts we needed to fix our appliances and replaced them in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them to anybody who wants friendly competent timely service.

Ace Air and Appliance repair responded to my service request on a Sunday afternoon when most places that I contacted were closed. Walter showed up at 1:30 pm and was very professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I assumed that we were going to have to purchase a new refrigerator. Walter inspected our unit and assured us that everything was fine and that we just needed to make sure to keep the doors closed tightly. What a relief! It is very difficult to find honest help these days. Thank you Walter.

Called at 1130 am for my water heater not working. Vladi gave me a window of 5 -8. Right off the bat I thought that was a big window. I didn't think I was calling the cable guy. He ended up showing up to my house at 950 pm!!! A disappointment to say the least. To top it off he tells me the repair should only take 10 min. after going to his truck and returning with the wrong part he tells me he's unable to do anything. What the ?? First you give me a 3 hour window then show up 2 hours late and don't even have the right parts when it was specifically communicated the parts that were needed!! WOW!! How is this guy in business?! Now here I am still no hot water when the issue could have been handled by someone else this afternoon!!
