I hired this service knowing nothing about the establishment, so i didn't expect anything. I walk inside to introduce myself and my girlfriend, whom i met while living here for a year. Then as we go upstairs and my girlfriend pulls me to the side and tells me "thats the guy that has been harassing me since I turned 18." They call him Creepy dave. Creepy dave LIVED very close to my girlfriend and would stop her while she was walking from her job to go home and would ask her provocative questions and would say i can get you any drugs and would show her pictures for his drugs. He would also make appointments with sketchy "photographers" to take her picture. Then as we are upstairs my Mom calls me saying hes been calling her his "little helper" and asks her a bunch if she could help him My Mom is 52 and lives in Texas so she flew 13 hundred miles to get harass by a creepy mexican. I really hope you read this and decide not to go with this company and if creepy dave is reading this, We are going to pres charged if i ever see your face again. I hired this guy, Dave, because he gave me a great rate for such a small place (I have a very small apartment under 400sq ft- without the furniture removed it was even smaller of an area to clean)- They quoted me $85 and that included a 'special enzyme' that they were going to treat the pet stains with. First of all... they 'forgot' about the appointment all together!!! My boyfriend waited and waited, the appointment was for 9am and we had to end up calling THEM to remind them of it. They then showed up an additional 45min later.... Second of all, when he showed up he told me that he "never quoted me that price". THEN, after arguing and having to negotiate a new HIGHER price, I came home to find that 1) the pet stains and odors were STILL THERE and 2) The carpets (that took him a whole 8 min) were not even that clean to begin with. There were several stains and the odors were still there if not even more so.



He ended up just arguing with me and when I called him back the next day to tell him that I was unhappy with the end result, he rushed me off the phone and said he would call back. Still waiting on that phone call as of now... I will post the rest of the outcome as it plays out and reveal if this service is worth referring in the end or not... As of now- NO WAY.
