Provided by YP.comFK Capital Fund offers a great rehab loan and it has worked our great for me. For the last couple of years, I've been buying and selling properties. I first started using only cash and then I switched to some financing. Most people out there want me to put a lot of money down which limits my ability to take advantage of the opportunities out there. I got a loan for 123% of the purchase price which was amazing.
