My daughter purchased a glider for me thinking that it will have all the parts to fly.
Turns out it didn't.
We tried to return it back to the seller but got no response until I threaten to dispute the purchase with the credit card company.
First, the website's information about the plane is not clear. It did not state that assembly requires quite a bit of tools and experience. It should have noted that in their website. I am a pretty good handyman myself but after reading the grossly inadequate manual, I am at a loss whether I can assemble the plane and make it fly as designed.
Second, their return policy did not state there will be a 20% restock fee but yet he demanded it.
No credible seller.
