Earning her RKC Status under the instruction of Master Trainer Andrea DuCane the kettlebell goddess herself.Our Instructors will be using a wide variety of kettlebell lifts, bodyweight exercises, TRX Suspension Training and Battling Ropes primarily as training modalities while offering our Functional Movement Screen to provide a benchmark for your own movement patterns with a clear direction and path to help you eliminate poor movement.
