I had a very important check that had to be deposited into the bank tonight. The envelope sent to me required a signature and since I was going to be at work I had it sent to this U.P.S. store because they advertised that were open until 7p.m.I had to drive an hour and a half to get there before 7 and I made it. Well the jokes on me. They closed early and I was unable to get the check and since I work again tomorrow, if they close early again I am screwed even more. Actually thanks to them closing early I already am. I will never use this store again and I will make sure to let everyone I know not to mail anything important through this store. Stop advertising you close at 7 when you don't. SOL in San Clemente. With the amount of locking this store needs to do with all the security gates etc., it closed well before 7.

I rely on this store a lot. Notaries, packing, Intl Shipping. You name it.They know my needs and service is great!

I paid $60.58 for ground shipping to NY. It took 12 days because UPS admittedly left the package behind. UPS of America, Inc. said it was their fault and that I was entitled to a refund; but I had to file a request form at the UPS Store that I sent it from. UPS of America, Inc. then credited the San Clemente UPS store at 555 N. El Camino Real owned by Jeff Raymond for the $60.58 that is owed me, but store owner Jeff Raymond said hes not going to pay me. This UPS store is a Mail Boxes Etc. I spoke with Mail Boxes Etc. corporate headquarters about the issue. They said that since UPS of America, Inc. credited Jeff Raymonds UPS store already, that he is required to refund my money but he still wont. Jeff Raymond and his UPS Store at 555 N. El Camino Real in San Clemente are crooks. Please do not give them your money.

I am a small Business owner and I use this UPS Store for sending off my packages to my Customers!!!!!!!! I have only be treated with great respect and always with kindness. Jeff the Owner is so great taking care of my needs that I have never received this with another shipping Company. So I give his Store 5 Stars!!!!!! I hope you will give them a try and you receive the same Service I have. Keep up the good work. Best regards, Ginny
