I enjoy this facility due to its proximaty to my employer. It is also convenient to the MTS lines #'d 1, 10, 11 & 120. Parking is terrible as it is for any business in Hillcrest. The staff is indifferent and really only pay attention to the members who have offered a tip to the 'personal' trainer. So if you go here, be prepared to go it alone. (And it looks like you should use the bathroom at home.)

Merely asked to use the restroom (it was a bit of an emergency), after they didn't know the code for the restrooms in the courtyard at "Village Hillcrest" mall that they are in. They said automatically, "I'm sorry, our restrooms are for members only"... I had to run all the way to Rite Aide, 2 blocks a way. How are they to know that I may have wanted to be a member? What kind of cold inhuman response is this?!! Sure I know that there are homeless folks that may want to take advantage of a restroom, but one look at me, and I'm as "normal" as they come... Surely some discretion in this situation on the part of the employee could be exercised. Needless to say, I will NEVER SET FOOT INTO ANOTERH 24 HOUR FITNESS AS LONG AS I SHALL LIVE!!
