This place is great, my shirts always look great. Been going there for the last seven years.
Everyone there is really nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went to go pick up by dry cleaning and found my $200 Bebe dress ruined!! I am usually really good about reading reviews about places before I try them out, but this one fell through the cracks. My silk dress was ruined.. The sleeves of the dress had the same crinkled balloon affect that the other negative post on yelp was talking about and the front of the dress was completely discolored. He said that he will try and fix my dress. I told him he will be reimbursing me for my dress.



HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING FOR ME! The owner refused to call me back and kept having his trailer park secretary call me, who denies the fact that they ruined my dress and said that I probably rolled my dress up and ran it over with my car, or stored it in the trunk of my car. A $200 dollar dress? Right..... I finally got ahold of the owner and he said he has to send my dress to some fabric institute to anazlye if it was the manufacturer's fault or if it was his fault. WTF!!! ?



BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!! THIS MAN IS CRAZY AND THINKS THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE OR PAY FOR MY ITEM AND IT WAS THE MANUFACTURER'S FAULT! BEWARE OF GOING HERE!!!!!!!



I'm contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
