Mr alters client - a very wealthy business man- ran over my mother and I, the legal aid society that was supposed to help us didn't even show up to trial. We had a judgment of almost $8000 against us -mostly attorneys fees- and while Mr alters client agreed to settle it for $4000 (4 year old case) Mr Alter is nowhere to be found to make the proper arrangements. Mr Alter cares not that my mother has been in a hotel for 5 months running through her emergency savings, does not care that my mother is blind and severely disabled, -not able to rent due to UD on her credit- he does not return our calls though we are willing to accept the terms of his client who ran us over with the help of multiple corporate attorneys at Kimball Tirey and St John. I will delete this review if Mr Alter ever returns our calls and does his job!
