I just called their number above to inquire about nail services, the person who answered spoke in Spanish. I asked if this was Alyssa's Salon, she said "SI", I asked if anyone there could speak English and talk to me, she had conversations with some people in Spanish and then abruptly hung up the phone! If the shop is totally spanish speaking they should advertise it that way in the Yellow Pages and in the phone book. This would avoid potential clients from getting frustrated. At most, she understand what I said because she answered my first question, at that point it would have been great to at least hear sorry no speak English. Then neither one of us need to be bothered by further conversation.
