The tech that was doing my mani & pedi left my pedi half way done with no effort in doing her job right to go scream at some friend she was having some kind of problem with towards the back of the nail shop door. When she came back she was mad that she began to paint my toes and then began a very bad job on my mani discussing the details of her arguement with her friend. I was charged for a bad service 55 $ for your basic gel polish and she did a horrible job waxing my eye brows and top lip. She said I never asked for powder on my face and was really ruff and rude even though I asked her to take it easy and dont be so ruff at pushing the wax strip down before pulling. Also she left me bad scars that i am contemplating today on my eye brows. When I complained at the front desk all I got was an "sorry" with no attempt of a compessation for what the tech did and the tech would scream and not let me complain because she said that she would get fired, the experience was so unprofessional.

Love this place! I've been going here for years! I always bring my sister or mom and they treat us great! My favorite is Henry, he always does a good job. The manager Valerie is really nice and always helps me chose a gel color because they have so many.

First time at this place and never going again!! Valerian was very rude and pulled my fingers. Was trying to make me get something I did not want.Don't recommend at all.Save yourself time and money.
