Stay away! While I was on vacation in San Diego, I purchased what I thought to be a beautiful black handcrafted leather purse, and in less than 2 weeks, (not using everyday) the color is chipping off of the the purse. It's almost like it was painted black. I called the store, the sales girls named Roxanne, asked me to send pictures and she'd have the manager call me. She never did. Every time I called back, I was given the run-around. Once, a person answered that did not speak English. ( What kind of place are you operating, in a tourist district, but the person answering your phone doesn't speak English!!). Then I called again, and was told Roxanne was not there, and the manager gets in at 8:30, but the store doesn't open until 10... I'd say avoid this place while shopping in Old Town San Diego!

This place is in a really nice area of old town. The girls that work there are great, They Helped me find everything I needed, They have like 5 diff. locations which made it a bit confusing but all of them have a lot to offer, I would recommend everyone visiting this place.
