I like selling to Bert Levi because he tries to recycle the gold and use it for other jewelry. I brought in some stuff I didn’t want anymore and he weighed it in front of me and worked out a nice price for me. I didn’t feel pressured at all and it feels good to know the gold will be used for jewelry for someone else and not just shipped away to sit in a safe or something. This was the first time I sold anything to them although they resized a ring for me once. I recommend them and will do it again if I ever need to.

I wanted my ring to be just right and I had a whole plan. I did a lot of research on the 4 Cs and went to a lot of jewelers. Since I wanted yellow gold, I knew my color could be a lower rating than if I used white gold or platinum and there were some jewelers who didn’t like that. One spent the whole time trying to get me to change my mind about the diamond instead of helping me figure out a ring. In the end, after about two months of working out details, I chose Bert Levi Family Jewelers. I stopped by about three times before and he always remembered me and he was helpful with no pressure. Love the ring.

Great designs. Great prices. Great service. Very friendly. The owner is a diamond setter by trade so he really knows his stuff. Can fix anything or make anything you want.

It's hard to walk into a jewelry store and feel at ease, but this place is pretty good about it. Bert was very friendly and professional, not scary at all. My fiancé and I were both pretty clueless about what to get for an engagement ring for her, all we knew is that we wanted to pick it out together. Bert showed us was within our budget, not one ring was above, he didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge. We felt respected.

I can say Bert's Family Jewelers are our family jewelers because my whole family purchases all kinds of jewelry from them. We not only love their gorgeous jewelry but we also like the friendly owners of the store. Bert and his wife make you feel part of their family. Recently I visited the store to purchase my engagement ring. I found a beautiful stunning ring that I fell in love with. The price of the ring was also great. I often recommend Bert's Jewelers to my friends and now my friends buy from them every time.

All I can say is WOW!!!! I have always been intimidated by jewelry stores; these peeps changed all that for me. I entered a stranger, I left there feeling like I made a new group of friends. I was buying an engagement ring but I noticed they were like this with every customer in the place; even the young gal buying a cheap bead. I have found my jeweler for life.

Bert Levi Family Jewelers is one of a kind. As soon as you walk in they will treat you with the utmost respect and integrity. I never actually felt like a customer, I felt like a friend and it made for a wonderful shopping experience. My fiancee and I were told by his auntie to check this place out for my engagement ring and she could not have pointed us to a better place. Bert is a lovely man and he has a good vibe about him. He took time with us to take out all the rings that sparked my interest and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. And he was great at keeping my guy's budget in mind, not one ring he handed me was over budget, he seems very respectful that way. I left there with a gorgeous gemstone engagement ring that's completely my unique taste. Bert also let us make a donation from a percentage of our sales which was awesome. We decided on donating our check to Autism Speaks which is close to home for us. Thank you again Bert Levi!!!
