Provided by YP.comI made a reservation through www.booking.com, was told by booking.com before arrival I only needed to show a credit card but could pay cash when checking in. Employee tried to charge my whole bill plus $75 deposit. Was not offered a cash deposit option, ended up leaving and walking across the parking lot to the Super 8 which I paid cash! This hotel did offer any other options or try to help in any way. I will never attempt to stay at any Best Western again!
