Offering Bikram's Beginning Yoga Classes daily, 36 classes per week.  The original, authentic, and largest Bikram "Hot" Yoga school in San Diego, est. 1998.  Scientifically and medically based system of traditional Indian Hatha Yoga (the physical practice of Yoga postures), for almost 50 years (over 40 in the USA).  Accessible to anyone, everyone: no discrimination, exclusivity.  Any size, shape, condition, walk of life, occupation, age, gender, belief system, anyone can practice this Yoga and improve their life--physically, mentally, emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, any way....  Emphasis is on the safety, correctness, and effectiveness of the Yoga Postures--proper exercise--stretching.  Builds strength, increases flexibility, balance, function of internal organs, opening of joints, improved function of tendons and ligaments, internal systems of the body.  Improved circulation, respiration, digestion, spinal and nervous systems.  Relaxation, relief of the effects of Stress (mental and physical stress and strain), which are "the causes of every disease, including the infectious ones." (Bishnu Ghosh).  Bikram Yoga makes it simple and possible, without compromising the basic principles of Hatha Yoga Asana, so it's not easy (or it wouldn't work), and it works....
