Merchandises at FV Bloomingdale's are great. Store is clean and well organized.

They often have generous sale for Loyalist. Loyalist members are offered extra saving.

Most of sale persons are fine. However, on September 8, 2013 I encountered the rudest sale person in my life and I really mean the RUDEST (Jasmine, I believe she works for Tous but she helps at fashion jewelry counter).

Here is an offer - if you buy $100 - $249 you get $25 discount, buy more than $250 you get $50 discount. She was not clear and spoke softly. I asked her to clarify the offer. She said I told you 3 times already and 250 250 250 250 250 250 repeatedly. She also laughed uncontrollably.

I was surprised, I asked her to stop laughing but she could not. I asked if she was nervous.

Thinking back, maybe she was sick. Maybe she needs help.

It was a very strange experience.

The stores are cleaner, the stock is better quality, the

shelves are more organized.Very good prices, everything is in order in every store and

nice quality for all the clothes.
