Always a reliable experience here. Even after my car was out of warranty, they were fair and the service writers are very experienced and cautious of my budget when making recommendations, etc.

Joe M. my service advisor is superb, he always calls me back the same day and very knowledgeable. He is polite and patient, as I am the type that asks alot of questions. He has a great reputation and deserves it, and I highly recommend BMW of San Diego service center and Joe for sure!

I love my new BMW. Jason and Barry were great. They both were very informative and courteous to my wife and me right from the start with no pressure at all. They gave us all the time we needed, never seemed rushed and answered all of our questions. They both returned our phone calls promptly and totally eliminated the pain of new car shopping. -L.F.
