First-class customer service all the way around. The entire staff including management and techs are all courteous and helpful.

I have been with California Sub-meters now for a few years and I have to say they have some of the best customer service around. No matter who you talk to from the receptionist, customer service, management or techs they are all willing to help.

I have a apartment complex in San Diego and my water bill use to be really high with my previous water company. So I had to go searching for a new one that wouldn't rip me or my tenets off. I came across California Submeters in my search. I made a call to them to find out more details on their business. They were happy to explain to me that their water meters only calculate water that is used by each apartment and not by each building like the other water companies. Now all of my tenets are happy because they are no longer over paying for water.

The tech that always come by to read the meters are nice to my tenets and provide any information they may need.

Paperless billing is the way I do things. Knowing now that California Sub-meters now does paperless billing this is great. I hate when I get bills in the mail, because I think it its just pointless for someone to waste all that paper for now reason. I am all about saving the environment.

California Sub-meters also has fantastic customer service who are will to help with any problems you may have. I had a situation happen to me recently were my water meter was not reading correctly. I gave them a call letting them know of the situation and they were able to send a tech right over to fix the problem. The lady on the phone was so nice and patient with me. I appropriate the way she handled things on the phone. I wish I remember her name.

California Sub-meters customer services goes beyond just being nice they want to make sure they are providing the best professional courteous service you will find. California Sub-meters makes sure to answer all my questions with simple to understand answers. Always making sure that I leave being a happy customer. My water bill is significantly lower then with a normal utility company and I can understand the monthly water bill.

Excellent customer service!! Being a customer with California Sub-meter over the past 5 years has been a delight. They have helped me improve a problem that I was having. By adding their sub-meter system I am now only paying for the water I use.



Dealing with their customer service for the past 5 years has been great. All the women that I have had the pleasure of speaking with have been kind and helpful. They are more then willing to answer any question you may have about their system, billing or concerns you may have.



I'm a happy customer.
