I recently moved to the area and was referred to this practice through our insurance. Upon entering the building everyone was extremely dry. In a children's environment there should be smiles and love as you enter. Not here. After completing my entrance paperwork I was taken back to the room and helped by a nurse. The nurse which I did not catch her name was great with my child and was very warm and loving. When Dr. Jaimie Hoffman came into the room we were automatically greeted with an abrasive attitude. She was very rude and short and made several comments that were not warranted to my child. It goes to show no matter how educated someone thinks they are what she wasn't taught in school in school was how to treat patients and retain them for your business. You keep treating children and parents like that you will have a hard time finding a position in any medical position. Your attitude and demeanor is a liability for your medical group. I would not recommend her to anyone. Find another Dr. or drive to a different Children's Primary Care. I have been to others and they are much better. Hope this review can help another parent from making the same mistake I did.
