Every Monday, & Wednesday the drive comes to pick up my neighbor and doesn't get out of his bus to pick up the older gentleman. Instead he honks his horn. Not only is that rude but such a nuisance to the surrounding neighbors. I have checked and there is no other passages in the bus so there should be one reason why the drive can't get his lazy behind out of the bus to pick up his passager. I have placed calls and sent emails to this company with no change. After months and months of this lazy driver and disregard from the company I am lead to this review. With small child who are woken by the horn enough is enough.
