I went there to get an alignment done to my 2015 nissan frontier , after an hour that they were working on my truck .they told me that i need to buy a cam bolt kit for the loeer contril arm to get di alignment done right in my truck. And i was like... why did you not let me know before you touch the truck and waste my time, and i had to pay 95.95 dlls. For nothing. !! Cause after all they did not do anything to the truck!! So now i had to buy the cam bolt kit and pay 175.95 for labor. I did not want to argue with this guys. I just walked away. Never again. This place is a joke. They do alignment and brakes only. And can't even tell what needs to be done to the truck before touch it, nit worth it.

IM PLEASED TO SAY AS A FELLOW AUTOMOTIVE INUSTRY PROFESSIONAL. THAT THE CREW AT CLARENCE BROWN DID A GREAT SERVICES AS WELL AS TREATED ME WITH HUMAN RESPECT. WHICH SOMETIMES WE ALL FORGET. DARREN WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HUMBLE. HE DID CHECK UPON CHECK AND ADJUSTMENTS UNTILL IT WAS PERFECT. I LOOK FORWARD TO SENDING THEM MY BUSINESS ALL THE TIME. YOU CANT PUT A DOLLAR VALUE ON QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT. THANK YOU.
