Very slow service. As a last resort I go to Cocos. It gets worse every time no matter the location.

The hostess was not properly trained and consequently we waited more than 15 minutes for a table. She was unable to keep her list straight as to who came in first, so there was almost a mutiny when she tried to seat one person over two people who had arrived first. When she seated us she proceeded to tell us WE needed to speak up to make sure SHE was doing her job correctly, cause "it can get confusing up there". This was offensive and unacceptable! I do not want to be berated when trying to get some lunch.



I believe she would benefit from further training, not only for her hostess position but some people skills as well.
