Poorly Managed & Bad Employees

This CVS Pharmacy is always a mess. Every time I go in there is trash in front of the store, trash on the store's floors, many products laying on the floors, products unorganized and messy on the shelves, and carts strewn all over the parking lot.

The kids that work there are particularly unprofessional and not customer friendly. Customers have to request another register to be opened due to very long lines (the employees do not take it upon themselves to open a register). They yell at each other from distances, they throw keys across isles, they use inappropriate language, and their general overall physical appearance, attitude, and general demeanor is very juvenile, unprofessional, and not at all customer sensitive. Whoever is hiring these people should be fired, as well as each of the employees.

Aside from a poorly maintained and managed store, they allow loitering by kids that truly look like gang members. It is intimidating to walk up to the store when you have a bunch of gangster looking kids hanging around the entrance of the store.

I really wanted to give my business to our local pharmacy. However, it is not a pleasant experience shopping in this CVS. I will return to shopping at Long's in Mission Valley.

The owner of the shopping center also needs to control the loitering of gangster looking kids, as well as cleaning up the parking lot. This is especially true around CVS and Subway (another place I will no longer patronize).
