Dirty Paws has phenomenal customer service. When I walked in I instantly felt a connection with the owner. I was fortunate enough to catch some of the professionals in action - the dogs were so well behaved because they are regulars that come in once a month. Dirty Paws do not provide coupons for their services because the owner wants the pets to have time to bond with the groomers. Dirty Paws does not want to risk having customers who only follow the coupons - which makes perfect sense when you're dealing with the emotions and stress level of your pets. No appointments necessary for Self-Services, but when you are dealing with the professionals you must make an appointment because the owner does not want you to just drop off the animal, so there is only a brief moment your pet will be placed in a kenneling if necessary. To keep the stress levels down, they let the nicer dogs roam freely while waiting for their owners to come pick them up. The pet should only be at Dirty Paws for no more than two hours.



Another fabulous service Dirty Paws provides for pet loving people is teeth cleaning - once a month an aesthetic group comes in by appointment and cleans your pets' teeth without the risk of using anesthesia. After seeing the outstanding level of care they put in to their work, I recommend Dirty Paws for any pet grooming needs.

they were absolutly perfect they did a great job and in a timly manner. pluse my dog max has such a happier spirit! this is the place to go!!!
