When I finally made the decision to consider filing bankruptcy, it was one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. I never thought in my entire life I would ever be in this situation. Hearing about bankruptcy was something I thought I would only hear about in the news and from other people.

Phil was genuine and treated me like a person. I felt like he was going to be able to help me with my situation. I found that I qualified for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy which would allow me to keep my home. They then went into action for me.



It’s been a few months since that meeting and everything worked out. The creditors have long stopped calling me and I was put on a payment plan that I can live with. I don't feel stressed out anymore and really do feel like I got a fresh start.
