(ESF) is a national nonprofit civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality through community service activities. Instead of attempting to change laws ESF strives to change the hearts and minds of individuals and institutions that may have not previously favored gay rights or supported LGBT populations, through events designed to allow both sides to work together in a positive environment to foster non-confrontational dialogue and dispel negative stereotypes.

Provided by YP.comGreat job guys at last weekend’s event. What a positive way to influence others in our fight for equality! While other organizations remain divisive, you continue to push the envelope to promote ways to cultivate communication with the “other side.” I know everyone won’t come around; but as A. Latham Staples said, “we have the chance through positive means to change the minds of those who don’t have enough information.” We had so much fun, and I know we’ll be at future events!
