First appointment I tried setting up was a nightmare, I spoke to Dr. Keiller about it and the following appt was pleasant. Dr. Keiller is a genius, very Professional and caring. Had short visit but I was satisfied with results and diagnosis as I had been seen by many other doctors before with no answers, results or diagnosis. Front office staff are very friendly and professional. The bad thing is answering personnel and manager are a nightmare, headaches and waste of time. Answering personnel, nurse and office manager should take patient's needs as a priority but its not their case, they sure give Dr. Keiller a bad reputation by their lack of common sense. They sure need a HIPAA POSTER. "Frustrated patients keep calling because they need help" if you need medical records, or you need a referral from him. Once you leave office....good luck. Please don't be discourage by my frustration, take time and give Dr. Keiller a chance....after all you can write your own review. Changing dr
