This place is a nightmare. The property manager Barbara is the devil. Yes, the devil!!!! She is evil, evil, evil. The place is noisy and she could care less. In fact, if you complain, she will get you back. She does not like to be bothered with maintenance requests or noise complaints, because that means that she actually has to work! She doesn't allow pets, but has a parrot herself. If you don't live on the top floor you are screwed. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything above you! If you face the street you are double screwed. They tell you that you won't hear a thing if you just shut the windows. Again, satan is liar. You do hear the cars. I would not recommend this place to anyone, well maybe Barbara....hahaha. That's right, she does live there and is very nosey.
