Provided by YP.comStayed at this hotel to save a little money because we're full time students. First of all, this really isn't a nice hotel, and we knew that coming in. There was dried food particles around the room, the TV flickered back and forth from color to black and white, and the bathroom had mold on every inch of the grout. Not to mention the air conditioning unit was probably from the early 70's and was totally falling apart.. but it worked. These are things that we all took in stride and laughed about. Later, we noticed that the bed sheets looked a little dirty on the first night but were too tired to look any further. Our second night we found NEW DRIED BLOOD on the underside on the comforter... it was at the top, right were you pull the comforter up to your face! It hadn't been washed off... it was freshly dried and still had blood clots on it!!! My friend finally noticed it when she rubber her face with the bloody comforter. GROSS!!! Adressed this with the manager, who blamed it on us & then LIED to me saying that she had it tested at "Ecolab" and they said it wasn't blood... well we're nursing students and change bloody linnens for homework... trust me, we know what blood looks like. I googled "Ecolab in San Diego" and "Ecolab" is a career search service for food and Chemicals, not even a legitamate blood testing lab. When I asked the manager for the phone number to this "ecolab" (before googling it) she said that it was "confidential information that only the company can have". This is a total lie! My friend wipes her face in dried blood? OF COURSE she is privilaged to this kind of information! This is a health issue!
The manager NEVER appologized for it, blamed it on us, said that WE bled on it (clearly it it had been us we would have spent some quality time in an ER rather than bleeding out all over the bed), and she lied up and down through her teeth about everthing over the situation.
DO NOT GO THERE!

Provided by SuperpagesWe have stayed at this Inn several times and were very happy with the rates and service. We have a grandson in the Marines and he has also stayed here and enjoyed the same great service.
