I knew what I wanted from a functional perspective, but not what to ask for or how to go about it. I asked Joel to give me haircut that would support my professional career requirements (conservative business environment) and my after hours anything but conservative avocation as a musician. He knew exactly what to do and gave me a cut that combs out just like a CEO and teases up anywhere from Eric Clapton to Rod Stewart. And it was no more expensive than the works at 'not so' Supercuts!
