The product worked OK in terms of cleaning. However, the machine is bulky and not user friendly, especially removing the hood to attach the hose. It makes cleaning time take much longer than it ever should. Customer service was terrible. The man who presented the machine to me was very nice and easy to work with, but his supervisor is the most horrible person I have met in San Diego. I decided to return my vacuum for a refund because of the lack of ease to use. But now, I would return just so none of my money ever gets into the hands of that supervisor.
