I went in to get an estimate for damages I was going to take care of myself. John, the owner immediately greeted me. I showed him my car. He took it to the back and told me he'd be right back. When he brought my car back he'd taken all of the paint transfer off and there was just a minor scratch on it. I offered to pay him and he refused with open arms. He assured me that this was the place to take your car if you wanted the work to be done right. I was so impressed and grateful for his help and willingness to take care of me at no cost even after I insisted. Thank you, John, you were warm, friendly, and professional! P Glenn

Love these guys! Unfortunately they weren't able to help me this time because the car had its last straw and was totalled. I have lived in the same area for 16 years, 4 drivers in the household who all travel the 15, 52, 163 and 5/805... we have had our share of accidents, most handled by J&M whom I have always been pleased with. I can't say the same about a couple of the other nearby shops that we have also dealt with, which is why the car went to J&M this time. They are like family, personable and responsive, and my experience has been they do what they say, when they say. ... sadly its good bye to this Nissan Sentra and hopefully I won't be taking another car to J&M, but if another accident happens around here, they are my only choice.

The team at J&M Auto Body is amazing, they repaired the front bumper to my Porsche and it looks brand new. My car was completed on time, the staff was extremely professional and helpful...when I went to pick up my car not only did it look fabulous but they gave it a carwash. Absolute fantastic place! Was sent here by another auto shop that was booked up and Im more than happy they sent me here! You can track the progress of repairs online, plus they text you with updates and personally call you to let you know the progress of repairs at each step. They may be functioning like a highend shop in the 21st century but it still feels like a local mom-n-pop shop and they treat you like you're next of kin. Estimated my truck repair time at 2 weeks from being rear-ended, 5 days later they called to say it was done in half the time, and that was with rear frame damage and all new paint. My Silverado is better than it was before the accident. Thank you Greg and J&M for excellent service!

Had damages done to my car while in shop. Recommend a good inspection before and after you leave. Did not keep promise on when car would be finished.
