Food is good but the worst customer service. The dimsum cart carriers are so un-organized that they keep going to the same row of tables and neglects the other areas of the restaurant. We had to complain to at least 3 people to have the other dimsum cart carriers go our way but they never paid attention to our request. They keep sending the same dimsum carts that we don't like to our area. Not sure if there's a language issue or probably because we are not Chinese. We've been going here for dimsum since there is no other place in san diego with good dimsum but due to the really bad customer service we experienced today, it will probably be the last time we visit this place. We had to wait an hour and half before we got the dimsum that we really wanted. And don't waste your time with the take out area. They're customer service outside is just as bad. Really lost our appetite with the bad service!!!!

Don't bother. Mediocre food and unpleasant service.
