I bought a car from these scam artists on ebay. Here is the actual description on e bay.

Seller Notes: “Powered by a perfect running 1.8L four cylinder engine, paired to a smooth shifting automatic transmission . The A/C works well and blows cold air . Tires are MICHELIN radials showing % 90 tread life remaining. Runs, drives, shifts, brakes and rides great. All power windows work great. Well maintained. No leaks. No thrown codes or check engine lights. Pictures will detail all known scratches and blemishes. No rust ! BMW is really on top condition for the car 1995 year . You can order any kind of INSPECTION.”



Here are my findings after I bought the car and paid 800.00 to ship it:



The A/C does blow cold, the car drives and shifts ok. Here's where the seller lies about the condition. The power window was non operational on fell off its rails at first attempt. The car had a major oil leak and the oil pan gasket had to be replaced. The car had a thrown code on the radio and had to pay the dealership to get it.



So I contacted the dealer and they said the shipper caused all the issues and would not help with repairs even though they lied on the description on e bay. I put up poor feedback on e bay and all of a sudden they want to help. They told me to get the window and oil pan fixed and they would pay half, as long as I change feedback. I paid 580.00 for repairs, fix the feedback and they denied payment. Never buy a car from them. Roman Bobyr is a liar and has no integrity. He blamed his boss for not making the payment. These people give the used car industry a bad name.

Do not buy from this place. They are supposed to specialize in VW Diesels but they are extremely poor. Bought a used VW Jetta TDI from them 2 months ago. It has broken down twice so far. Both seem to be related to the 'work' they did to the vehicle before I purchased it. I will never purchase a used vehicle that is not certified pre owned again after this experience.



Do to the Car having issues a 3rd time in 3 months. I took to VW Dealer due toThe Fly Wheel and Clutch Issues that I had been having. VW Dealer inspected and let me know that 'Sloppy Work was done'. They corrected the work at an additional cost to me.
