They said they will come in to my business to check my window, but they never did. Called so many times and left a message to a man named Rey, still never got any returned call! Is this what you call professional?

the repair was quick and easy. the person on the phone knew what they were talking about and answered all my questions. the tech was friendly. I would use them again.

I have to admit I haven't been a customer of theirs directly, but I've spent some time in homes with their work, and seen some of their installations. They are very good at what they do. I noticed little things that you don't usually think about, but when they are there it makes a difference. Caulking done very cleanly, sliding doors gliding smoothly and balanced so a small tug is enough to slide it closed.



They live up to their reputation.

I called a bunch of places to fix my window. Kings had the cheapest price and did a great job.

I was so happy with the service I received from King's Glass. My son threw a hard ball and broke our patio door. I called a few glass shops and I didn't get a comfortable feeling until I called King's. The rep asked me an approximate size and she asked me other questions that made sense. She told me they stock standard sizes of patio door glass and she would send someone out to try the standard size. If it was standard, they would measure and order the glass. They were able to get someone out the same day with the patio door glass, even though it was temperd. The technician came in a well marked truck, and he fixed my door Yeah! I called back and they are going to do some mirrors for me. Just had to write!

The quality was incredible. Other companies wanted to frame the shower and wanted my tile guy to trim the tile. I saw some of the pictures on the King's Glass website where the glass was cut around the tile. I called them and they installed an incredible shower enclosure, completely custom. I am really happy with the results. I'm so glad I called them.

They know what they're talking about and have reasonable prices. I would buy from them again.
