I LOVE my unit and would give my unit 5 STARS!!!! BUT the customer service I receive from Brandy is HORRIBLE! Every time I speak with her she has the worst attitude, it really is a HASSLE to deal with her. I almost want to move when my lease is up because i don't want to deal with Brandy. Everyone else is a pleasure to speak with. Just stay away from Brandy.....

I have experienced bad landlords before but this experience was by far the worst. Lahitte Sprague Management regularly took over a week, on average, to make most repairs (which during my stay included, among other things, a refrigerator and an air conditoner that quit and had to be replaced). After we had signed the lease, they didn't return phone calls before less than several days had past, if at all. Once they even lost one of our rent checks! They conducted themselves in an extremely unprofessional manner. This was especially shocking given the state of the real estate market where most times the only thing a rental agency has to make it stand apart is its customer service. I will never rent with them again. Whether you are a potential renter or a property owner looking for a rental managment company, it will absolutly be in your best interests to take your business elsewhere.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. I remember the rent check issue, there was one rent check missing in the envelope, as I was the one to open it, so we called to let you know, and we did not charge any fees, for being late. As for the maint.issues, we must first get approval from owners before we do the work. Your owner was out of the Country, so it did take a day or so more. Thank You,
