This is the company my son's school uses for their school pictures. This year in the beginning of August we got a packet from them in the mail telling us they had set an appointment for my son's senior pictures to be taken. Since they didn't bother to check with us before they made this appointment, we had to change it as he would be on vacation. Rescheduling required more than one phone call and they didn't follow through, we had to. We were given a deadline of only two weeks to get these pictures done. When my son arrived for his portraits to be taken there were over a dozen other people waiting for theirs to be done as well. EXTREMELY unprofessional. He waited well over an hour for his session. We were supposed to receive the pictures in two weeks. It's now late September and haven't seen them. Been on hold for 5 minutes just to be transferred to the "Senior Department." Not satisfied AT ALL. As for the quality of the pictures in the past, nothing exceptional, they were OK.
