Horrible customer service!!!
The elderly woman who works the front desk is incredibly rude and argumentative.
Unprofessional staff !
After using their online booking system and receiving a confirmation email.
I showed up ready to do my taxes .
I was told my appointment did not " exist " and I obviously did it wrong .
Clearly there is a glitch in their system. I didn't just make it up .
I was treated so badly, as if I was inconveniencing them some how .

The old woman argued with me and insisted I was wrong !
I walked out upset !

Maybe work on your customer service skills !

Needless to say I'll will never use this company again !
