Don't go near this place.

My wife and I spent $40.00 on applications and did not even get a "sorry you don't qualify" call.

If I had wanted to hand someone $40 so they could ignore me I would have given it to a bum.

As far as I can tell, they never even checked our references, I keep in contact with my previous landlords- particularly while house hunting, and MPM never called ANY of them.

This place is horrible. Angela is the rudest most self centered person I have ever spoken too. She should never work in customer service or with the public. They tell you one thing over the phone and once they have your money they tell you something else. Angela had the nerve to tell me she was taking time out of her busy schedule to talk with me. She had appointments to get to and I was holding her up. Really!!! She shouldn't even have a job where she can open her month to talk to another human being. She treats everyone like they are beneth her little does she know I was renting hte place for my son who is attending college and was prepared to pay in advance for the entire year, but now I'm taking my business elsewhere.
