Surfset is a surf inspired class on land and is the hottest workout in the nation! Another Fitness original class is out Progressive Boot Camps, which is made for every fitness level and designed with the intent to NEVERSTOP improving yourself. Every one is tested and put into the appropriate group Recruit(beginner), Captain (intermediate), or advanced (General) levels. There will be an advancement test every six weeks to move up in rank. This will ensure you NEVERSTOP improving! We are here to make you more fit but also to teach you how to live a healthier lifestyle. We do this with nutritional coaching and free seminars which will expand you knowledge and will help you progress mentally and physically. Don't forget to try out Surf n' Turf classes, which combines our Surfset and Boot Camp class to give you a fun but effective workout.
