EmailOne Percent Realty was founded to provide first rate real estate services at a substantial discount. The owner and broker of record, I am a REALTOR® and a practicing attorney with over 13 years’ experience in the real estate field.
Over the years, a number of my clients wanted me to handle their real estate transactions in order to capitalize on my experience in real estate transactions and litigation.
It was then I saw a need for a discount broker/REALTOR®. As a result, One Percent Realty opened its doors in 2005. One Percent Realty provides all the service of a regular broker at a third of the cost.
My experience has taught me importance of taking a hands-on approach to everything that matters. Your home matters. I do the research necessary to build a case dedicated to protecting your interests.
