Very communicative and professional physician and office. Dr Ballard did an incredible job on my very damaged wrist. Would recommend highly.

The staff has been very helpful and informative which is important with me being on workman's comp. The staff is always very kind, happy and inviting either on the phone or during my appointments. Dr. Ballard is excellent. She is obviously very knowledgeable. She is very kind and patient and willing to answer my questions and concerns. My experience so far exceeded my expectations.

Excellent job. Dr Ballard performed a complicated rotator cuff surgery. My recovery happened in a short time, considering the extent of my injury. I am now back to swimming 800 meters daily 5days a week. Since my surgery I have had no problems. I attribute this to the expertise of my wonderful surgeon. I recommend this surgeon to anyone having a similar problem. Do not hesitate, it''ll be worth your while.

Dr. Ballard is an amazing, her whole staff is super friendly. Every time I come in everyone has a smile and is super patient. Michelle, her receptionist is the best. .

Dr. Bates is a very caring and thorough dr. I have already recommended him to friends with joint problems. I have no complaints at all so far. I actually thought it was going to be a piece of cake but I was wrong, knee's at best are tough but I am five weeks out, pain in control, and walking without a walker or cane. Physical therapy is very important to a good outcome. Dr Bates is very honest and encouraging and staff is also wonderful.

I enjoy working with dr. Ballard. She is very knowledgable and kind. Michelle at the front counter Is very accommodating and the ortho tech is great.

Dr Brooke is very friendly and smiling all the the time thus way I am back to see her for the second time I will recommend her to my friend anytime. Even Michelle outstanding individual when I called for my appt she accommodating to schedule my appt THANKS.

Dr. Ballard is everything and more, of what you expect from your Doctor. She has great energy, very positIve, kind, and a true healer. My measure of success is kindness, and the amazing people that surround you, she has both. My experience from the very first day when I went to the front and met Michelle, ( awesome) to everyone on her staff, who are the best. Very greatful. !!
