They gave us some of the best customer service I've ever encountered (not just with locksmiths). I emailed them when we knew we were moving and left a message to have them come and change the locks on our new house. I left another email two days later as it was a little urgent, and was shocked when they called me on the spot!! They apologized for the delay and sent their nearest technician (Phil) to install new locks at no cost to us. He helped us plan a very safe lock system including high security locks, an alarm system with an intercom. He then came on two successive Saturdays and installed it all. He even helped us save money on a few items.
