Normally I'm really focused on price and only switch processors to save money - but Payment Logistics actually helped me INCREASE my sales - which is even better!



Their representative explained their "Swipe the Cause" program and I was shocked! They matched all my rates but send a portion of the fees to my local school district! Now I have customers telling me they go out of their way to shop at my store just because they know their purchase supports our childern! It's amazing! I've only been with them for a few months (~6) but I've seen my sales increase by 10% over the last couple. I expect the trend to continue (especially as bugdet cuts continue) and if it does, I'm happy to report I'll have to hire another employee!



I've only had to call in 3 times for some help, but their customer service was on the phone quickly! I didn't have to wade through voice prompts like I did with my bank! HUGE DIFFERENCE!
