I have had an OK experience with this management company. They do lag on contacting you for any fixes that you need on your home and I think it is unfair as a tenant who pays rent on time each month does not get the service I deserve. Only giving them 3 stars because the woman on the phone is always helpful and I know it isn't her fault that the owner of the home is unreliable.
